My game is stalling, crashing, or showing a black screen even after restarting.
If restarting your device didn't help, try uninstalling and reinstalling the game. Once you've purchased a game, it can be reinstalled on any of your devices. To avoid any additional charges, please make sure to sign in to the same iTunes account used to make the original purchase.Uninstalling a game.

How do I start a game over, or what can I do if my game is stuck?
Try clearing your saved game. This option may appear differently in each game. Here are a few examples: 1. Check under the Options menu.2. Some games include a New Game button.
3. Some games will allow you to add a new player profile.
Options 1 and 2 above will erase all saved data, requiring you to start over from the beginning of the game.
My game crashed while I was playing. How do I fix this?
There are several reasons why a game may crash or stall. If you've been playing for more than one hour consecutively, then there is a greater chance this can occur. 1. First, double-check that your device has plenty of battery life left. If you're playing with low battery life, then the device has to work harder to run a game. It's recommended to play while connected to your computer, a wall outlet, or after the battery has fully charged.2. A game may crash or stall if the system memory is strained. Try restarting the device and your game.
3. Apple devices using iOS 4.0 or later include the Multitasking feature, which allows multiple applications to run at the same time. After exiting an application on a device that has this feature, the application does not close automatically. For some issues, including game crashes, we have found that it is a good idea to close out all applications running in the multitasking bar regularly to free up your device's resources. See Apple's iOS 4: About multitasking help article for more information. Options 1 and 2 above will erase all saved data, requiring you to start over from the beginning of the game.
How can I get updates for my game?
The App Store application is the best source for information on available updates. For every available update that has not yet been installed, you'll see a number appear in red on the top right corner of the App Store icon. Opening the App Store application will take you to the Updates page where you can select any available updates. You can install updates one at a time, or select the Update All button. If an update for your game doesn't appear in the App Store application, then it has already been installed. Please note that even if you remove a game from your device, update notifications may still appear in iTunes. Once you reinstall a game, the most recent version available will be installed automatically.Billing questions

Trouble viewing a game?
If you receive an error or you're having trouble viewing a game's graphics, first uninstall and reinstall the game. Make sure to uninstall any files or trial versions saved on your system that are associated with the game before reinstalling. It is recommended that you use the Finder tool and search for the game title. Once the game's files have been removed from your system and the game has been reinstalled, confirm that all other programs are closed. Afterward, create a new player profile and try playing the game again. If you continue to have trouble, the game may require recent software updates that have not yet been installed on your system. In order to ensure that your Mac's graphics configuration is up-to-date, install the following four updates from Apple, Adobe Flash, Adobe Shockwave, and Quicktime. Once the updates are complete, restart your computer.
